Roadside Assistance Services

 

Battery Boost Service:

• In case of battery failure, your Covered Vehicle will have a Jump-start
• In case of Jump-start failure, your Covered Vehicle will be towed to the nearest garage as it is indicated in the terms of your Membership.

 

 Fuel Backup Services:

• If your tank is empty, we will back you up with fuel to reach the nearest gas station.
• We can also tow your vehicle to the nearest fuel station.

 

Replacement of Flat Tire Service

• We replace a flat tire with your spare tire.
• We tow your vehicle to the nearest tire center.

 

Towing Services

• In the event of an electrical or mechanical failure, your vehicle will be towed to one destination up to a certain distance as stated in the terms of your Membership.

 

Free Member Ride Services:

• You are entitled to a free member ride service in the towing truck to the destination here the car will be towed to.

 

 

 Courtesy Services:

Limousine service

• Limousine services will be provided to you and your family in case of a car breakdown.

Lockout Assistance:

• Vehicle lockout assistance is provided to you free of charge in all main cities.
• Vehicle lockout assistance is provided as a goodwill in the event of the possibility of opening the door without any damage to the car.

 

Additional Services for Special Programs

 

Replacement Car (Rent-a-car Services RCS)

• In the event of a mechanical breakdown and a vehicle prolonged stay (more than a day) at the Dealer Workshop for major repairs as specified in the eligibility of additional services, MID will reimburse the customer all expenses due to renting a licensed vehicle from a car rental agency as indicated in the terms of the Membership.

 

 Hotel Service for travelers (HS)

• In the event of a mechanical breakdown and a vehicle prolonged stay (more than a day) at the Dealer’s workshop for major repairs as specified in the eligibility of additional services, MID will reimburse the customer all expenses due to renting a hotel room as indicated in the terms of the Membership.

 

Replacement Car in Case of Accident (Rent-a-car Service RCS)

• In the event of a traffic accident and a prolonged vehicle stay (more than a day) at the Dealer’s workshop, MID will reimburse the customer all expenses due to renting a vehicle from a licensed Car Rental Agency as indicated in the terms of the Membership.
